Custom Items
Due to the bespoke nature of our custom designs, all personalized pieces are final sale. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Kindly ensure all customization information, including precise measurements, is accurate before confirming your order.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted exclusively for non-customized pieces. To ensure eligibility:
• Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and presented in original packaging with all tags intact.
• All shipping fees associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
• Exchanges that do not meet these standards may be declined.
• A restocking fee applies to all exchanged items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at returns@fursbyfarr.com
We will arrange inspection and, if approved, will:
- Repair the item at no cost,
- Replace the item with an equivalent product, or
- Issue a full refund.
Normal wear, improper storage, or damage caused by mishandling are not considered manufacturing defects.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
- For exchanges, customers may be responsible for shipping the replacement item.
- We recommend using an insured, trackable service. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments that are not pre-approved.
Exchanges and Repairs
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you choose an item of higher value, the price difference will apply.
If your fur requires repair or maintenance, our professional furriers offer expert services year-round. Repairs unrelated to defects are billed separately.
Fur Care Before Returning
To maintain eligibility for return:
- Do not clean or treat the fur at home.
- Avoid exposure to perfumes, sprays, or moisture.
- Store in a cool, dry place in the original garment bag until shipped.
